These are the various sources that I used for this website. If not stated clearly below a photo, map, or in a piece of writing, the source can be found here. I would like to especially thank the University of Wisconsin Digital Collections for having such a vast amount of records of dairy production, especially cheese. I'm glad that the "Dairy State" knows how to prove it!
